Having worked as an executive and private chef at some of the most creative culinary centers in the world, including California, North Carolina, and Madrid, Spain.  I've decided to work at creating a simple & yet delicious menu so all ages would enjoy our unique Seasonal food trailer here in Pennsylvania.
